AUDIT COMMITTEE

A 58-year old Indonesian. She was appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee based on the Board of Commissioners Decree dated August 28, 2021. She obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the United States. She is a certified Tax Attorney, Tax Consultant with a Brevet C license (the highest tax qualification license), and managing partner at SF Consulting. She is also a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and highly qualified attorney. She has over 15 (fifteen) years experience in tax consulting with Arthur Andersen and Ernst and Young Indonesia, of which for 3 (three) years she was Tax and Business Partner. As the coordinator of the Arthur Andersen Group Financial Services, Sri is highly experienced in dealing with a wide range of clients, both national and multinational. She is Deputy Chairman of the Taxation Committee in the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Indonesian Chinese Association. She is a lecturer at the Asia Pacific Senior School of Andersen Worldwide and previously taught on Indonesian Tax Planning at the Singapore College of Insurance for the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) program. In addition, she is a lecturer in Financial Planning for the Diploma Program at Binus University.

HIDAJAT HOESNI

AUDIT COMMITTEE

A 54-year old Indonesian. He was appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee based on the Board of Commissioners Decree dated August 28, 2021, on the basis of Article 121 of Law No. 40 of 2007 dated August 16, 2007 on Limited Liability Companies and OJK Regulation No. 55 dated December 23, 2015 on the Establishment and Work Guidelines of the Audit Committee. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tarumanagara and his Magister Management degree in Investment and Banking from the University of Indonesia. He also received a Law Magister degree in Business Law from the University of Gadjah Mada. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Indonesian Institute of Accountants, and has received certification as a Member of the Broker-Dealer Representative, Underwriter Representative and Investment Manager Representative from the Capital Market Professional Standards Committee. He is also a Tax Consultant holding a Brevet C license, Consultant in Business, Legal and Tax and Customs Attorney in the Tax Court. He is the founder and Managing Director of Falcon Strategic Consulting (Falcon SC) with more than 25 years experience as a Consultant, including as auditor with Arthur Andersen and Consultant of Tax and Business with KPMG, Deloitte Touche, DMR/ Moore Stephens, MS Taxes, RSM and Falcon SC. He also built a strong career for nearly 5 (five) years in various private companies in Jakarta.
