ANGELINE SUTEDJA

COMMISSIONER

Angeline Sutedja holds a Commissioner position for the Company since 2013. She currently holds significant positions in a number of institutions, such as the Board of Trustees in Tunas Manunggal Foundation since 2011 and Secretary of Prasetiya Mulya Foundation since 2017. Previously, she was the Treasurer of Prasetiya Mulya Foundation from 2008 to 2017. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business and Economics from the Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan in 1986 and has a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, USA, in 1987.

COMMISSIONER

Leo Yulianto Sutedja has been a Commissioner of the Company since 2023. He is also the President Commissioner of PT Alfa Goldland Realty, Commissioner of PT Delta Mega Persada, President Director of PT Peternakan Ayam Manggis, Vice President Director of PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate, President Director of PT Bekasi Matra Industrial Estate, Director of PT Argo Manungga Land Development, Director of PT Kurabo Manunggal Textile Industry, and Director of PT Pralon. Leo Yulianto Sutedja holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin di Madison, United States.

PINGKI ELKA PANGESTU

INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER

Pingki Elka Pangestu has been an Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2007. He is also the Commissioner of Karya Cipta Group since 2012, non-affiliated Commissioner of PT Nirvana Tbk since 2011, Founder and Member of Board Urban Regional Development Institute since 1996, and Director of PT Loka Mampang Indah Realty since 1989. Previously, he was Director of PT Casa Lelang (2001-2002), Commissioner of PT Panca Wiratama Sakti (1996-1997), Planning Director of PT Putra Alvita Pratama (1990-1994), Planning Manager of PT Bumi Serpong Damai (1985-1990), Planner of PT Parentjana Djaya (1982-1985), Assistant National Coordinator of Public Work Ministry (1981-1985), Assistant Manager of PT Bangun TJipta Sarana (1979-1980), Assistant Architect of Hollandsche Beton MT, Netherlands, and Dennis Lennon & Partner, London, United Kingdom (1975-1976), Assistant Architect of PT Parentjana Djaya (1974-1975), and Assistant Architect of Peddle Thorp & Walker, Sydney, Australia (1973). Pingki Elka Pangestu obtained a Bachelor of Science from University of New South Wales, Australia (1975), Bachelor of Architecture from University of Sydney, Australia (1977), and Master of Town & Country Planning from University of Sydney, Australia in 1981.

Prasasto Sudyatmiko has been an Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2007. Currently he is also the Commissioner of PT Panca Prima Eka Brother (PT Pan Brothers Tbk Group), Senior partner of Law Office and Legal Consultant at Johnny, Utami, Prasasto, Sugiyanto since 1985, Board of Director/ Secretary of BPH Institute Management Prasetiya Mulya since 1983, Executive Director of Prasetiya Mulya foundation since 1980, civil law’s lecturer of Atmajaya Catholic University since 1976, and Advocate/ Lawyer/ Legal Consultant in Jakarta since 1970. Prasato Sudyatmiko graduated from the Faculty of Law and Social Studies, the University of Indonesia in 1963.
