LILIA SETIPRAWARTI SUKOTJO

DIRECTOR

Lilia S. Sukotjo has been the Marketing Director in the Company since 2007. Prior to this assignment, since 1998 Lilia was entrusted to manage the Marketing Directorate of Alam Sutera Group. She has been with the Company for 22 years since 1993, began as the Planning Manager and has held an important role in taking the Company as a world-class property developer. Her over 26 years of experience in the field of planning, design, and property, continues to enhance her capability and knowledge in order to realise that goal. She has been involved and still actively contributes to various projects both in the country and abroad. Among those projects are: Boca de Cangrejos – Pinones National Park in Puerto Rico, Bumi Serpong Damai First Fase, Mampang Arcadia Apartments (Jakarta), Arcadia Office Park (Jakarta), Alam Sutera (Serpong), Suvarna Sutera (Tangerang), The Tower (Jakarta), and Garuda Wisnu Kencana (Bali). Lilia S. Sukotjo obtained her degree in Architecture from the Institute Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS), Surabaya in 1987 and a Master in Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, United of States in 1989.

TRI TAMTOMO H.R. DANOERI

DIRECTOR

Tri Tamtomo H. R. Danoeri is the Director of the Company since June 2024. Currently, he is also the President Director of PT Alfa Mega Batam, President Director of PT Tangerang Matra Real Estate, President Director of PT Delta Mega Persada since 2023. Previously, he was President Director of PT Menteng Griya Lestari (2016 – 2020), Implementation Team of the Defense Industrial Policy Committee (KKIP) – Indonesian Ministry of Defense (2015 – 2019), Member of Commission I of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (2009 – 2014), Commissioner of PT Alfa Mega Batam (2008 – 2023), President Commissioner of PT Alfa Goldland Realty (2008 – 2010), Lecturer Expert in Politics and Citizenship at the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (Lemhannas RI) up to Principal Secretary of Lemhannas RI (2005 – 2008), Pangdam I/Bukit Barisan (2004 – 2005), Kastaf Gartap I/ Jakarta (2002), Sahli Kasad – TNI AD (2001), Paban I/Renkon-Sos-Kaster, Mabes TNI (2000 – 2001), Danrem 052/Wijayakrama (1998 – 2000), Ass-Ops Kasdam Jaya (1998 – 1999), Danbrigif 1/Jaya Sakti (1996 – 1998), Waaster Kasdam Jaya (1993 – 1994), Dandim 0505 Jakarta Timur (1991 – 1993), and Danyonif 712/Wiratama (1989 – 1991). Tri Tamtomo H. R. Danoeri obtained a Bachelor of Law Degree from Military Law School in 1983.

SARI SETYANINGRUM

DIRECTOR

Sari Setyaningrum is the Director of the Company since June 2024. Currently, she is also the President Commissioner of PT Merdu Gemilang Mitratama since 2023, President Director of PT Bumi Asri Cipta Mandiri sejak 2018, President Director of PT Nusa Cipta Pratama since 2015, dan Director of PT Alfa Goldland Realty since 2011. She has more than 25 years career in the property industry and held senior positions among others Director of PT Nusa Cipta Pratama (2014-2015), Manager of Property Management Services Division of PT Procon Indah (1998-2011), Customer Relations Coordinator for Estate Management of PT Ciputra Surya (1995-1998), and Chief Architect of PT Bias Tekno Art Kreasindo (1994-1995). Sari Setyaningrum obtained a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1993.

EMIL SYARIEF HUSEN

DIRECTOR

Emil Syarief Husen is the Director of the Company since June 2024. Currently, he is also the Director of PT Tangerang Matra Real Estate since 2023, Director of PT Menteng Griya Lestari since 2019, President Director of PT Selaras Citamanunggal since 2016, Director of PT Bukit Asri Padang Golf since 2014, Director of PT Pulau Jaya Lestari since 2013, as well as Director of PT Duta Realtindo Jaya, Director of PT Permata Indah Kedaton, President Director of PT Nusa Raya Mitratama since 2011. Previously, he was President Director of PT Tangerang Matra Real Estate (2021 – 2023), President Director of PT Menteng Griya Lestari (2007 – 2019), and Director of PT Selaras Citamanunggal (2007 – 2016). Emil Syarief Husen obtained a Bachelor of Law Degree from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1993.

ANDREW CHARLES WALKER

DIRECTOR

Andrew Charles Walker has joined the Company as Director since March 2012. He has dedicated most of his professional career as a consultant on large infrastructure projects. Since 2014, he has taken the position of a Senior Project Technical Director for a major international infrastructure consultancy to cover the region of Southeast Asia. He was previously took the role of an Associate Director and Regional Manager for Scott Wilson Malaysia in 2008 and as Country Representative (Indonesia) of Scott Wilson Asia Pacific Ltd (1999-2003). Andrew was the Chief Resident Engineer (2003-2007) for a large maritime development in Sabah. In Indonesia, he had held the position of Director and General Manager of PT Indurendco International (1991-1999), a consultancy specializing in the design and construction of urban infrastructure. He started his career at Rendel Palmer & Tritton, London (1975-1991) held various positions as Design Engineer, Site Engineer, Project Engineer and Senior Engineer. He obtained his Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Civil Engineering from the University of Bradford, England in 1976.
