has mandated J.P. Morgan and UBS to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Asia,
commencing on October 13, 2016. A USD denominated Reg S bond offering (the "Notes") may follow,
subject to market conditions. The Notes are expected to be rated B2, B and B+ by Moody's, S&P and Fitch
respectively. FCA/ICMA stabilization applies.
