ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
The Board of Directors of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (“Company”) hereby announces that an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“GMS”) will be held on Wednesday, June 7th, 2017.
Pursuant to Article 20.4 of the Company’s Article of Association, an invitation to the GMS will be published in 1 (one) national circulated newspaper, IDX website and Company website on May 16th, 2017. .
The Shareholders who are entitled to attend the GMS are those whose names are registered in the Shareholders Registry on May 15th, 2017 as at 16.00 WIB, or the stock account holders in the Stock Collective Custody of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Indonesian Central Securities Depository) on close trading day of May 15th, 2017.
Pursuant to Article 20.3 of the Company’s Article of Association, any suggestions from shareholders will be included in the Agenda of GMS if it meets the requirement pursuant to the Company’s Article of Association and such suggestion has been rec
