ALAM SUTERA REPORTS 9M16 FINANCIAL RESULTS
PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk and subsidiaries (“the Company” or “Alam Sutera”) today, 31 October 2016 announced its financial performance for 9M16.
The Company recorded a total revenue of IDR 1,905.1 billion in 9M2016, a 12% decrease from IDR 2,169.8 billion in the same period in 2015.
Revenue from houses and shop houses experienced a significant increase to IDR 655.9 billion in 9M2016 from IDR 298.1 billion in the same period in 2015. This was mostly due to the recognition from Suvarna Sutera Project in Pasar Kemis
In 9M2016, the Company booked IDR 242.7 billion revenue from offices. Revenue from land lots was IDR 726.2 billion in 9M2016, a decrease from IDR 1,601.9 billion recorded in the same period in 2015.
Recurring income and other revenues slightly increased to IDR 280.3 billion in 9M2016 compared to the same period in 2015, which was IDR 269.7 billion.
